Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can monitor your delivery status at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Shipping Protection

Orders purchased with Shipping Protection are fully covered in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package. A free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Orders without Shipping Protection are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. JetLounger is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
